Price list

We do not rent a single room or bed but the apartment as the whole.

The prices are for the whole apartment for a single night. The minimal amount of nights is 2.

While reserving the apartment we ask for a deposit of 50 % of the total price. The balance is due 7 days before your arrival by bank transfer.

Cancellation fees: Two weeks before your arrival: 0 %, one week before your arrival: 50 %, less than a week before your arrival: 100 %.

The rent has to be paid for by bank transfer no later than 3 days after making the booking.

We do not accept payment cards.

In our apartment, arrivals are from 2 p.m., departures until 11 a.m. Both arrival and departure times can be shifted if needed.
